If you have a permanent or temporary mobility problem due to disability, age, accident or illness, we can help. A simple registration fee of £5 per year enables you to borrow one of our wide selection of 3 and 4 wheeled power scooters, manual and powered wheelchairs. Let us help you enjoy your visit to the shops, stores, restaurants and gardens in and around Chelmsford's town centre. Come and visit us at Meadows Shopmobility, situated on the ground floor of the Meadows multi storey car park (opposite the Odeon cinema) or you can telephone us on 01245 357097 for further details. We are able to offer trained Volunteers to walk with visually impaired people to help them to shop. Our companion shopping service volunteers have all received specialist training to walk with and assist the visually impaired. Theyare eager to help you enjoy shopping in Chelmsford. Entrances:
All our stores have entrances that are accessible and staff are always on hand should assistance be required.

Assistance Dogs:
Assistance dogs are welcome at the Meadows Shopping Centre.

Toilets:
Disabled toilets can be found on the ground floor next to the lift.

Seating:
Benches are provided throughout the Meadows Shopping Centre.
