Meadows Fundraising 2006

On Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th November 2006 the Chelmsford Branch of Guide Dogs for the Blind Association held their annual Christmas Card Sale in The Meadows.
They raised a fantastic £807.63 in just one weekend!
Thank you to everyone who supported this day, bought Christmas Cards and also to those who kindly donated.

On Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th September 2006 the Anthony Nolan Trust held a promotion in the Meadows.
They raised £449.07 in ticket sales for the 'Win a Mini Cooper' competition.

On Saturday 6th May 2006 Meadows launched Walking to the World Cup, the amazing journey of a local family to raise funds for The Tim Reeve Charitable Trust and Leukaemia Research.
The target for this project is to raise £100,000 by the end of 2006, to keep updated on

On Saturday 6th May 2006 the Chelmsford Branch of Guide Dogs for the Blind Association held their annual 'Flag Day' collection in The Meadows.
They raised a fantastic £2,158.18 in just one day!

On Monday 20th February 2006 we held a quiz night in the Centre in aid of The Ellie May Trust.
Thanks to the support of so many people we managed to raise £1,145 in just one evening!

On Tuesday 14th February 2006 we held a Valentines promotion in aid of
The British Heart Foundation.
The day was a great success, raising £430.02 thanks to the the hard work and support of The British Heart Foundation and Anglia Ruskin University.
Thanks to everyone who visited the Centre, made donations and bought heart shaped balloons, badges, stickers, etc!
