Bank and ATMS
We have two cash machines within The Meadows centre; a HSBC cash machine located next to BHS towards the Backnang doors and one inside Wilkinson. Both machines are Link compatible.

Conveniences
Customer toilets are located upstairs and can be accessed via the stairs next to Wilkinson or the lifts which are just behind the stairwell. Disabled toilets are at ground floor level next to the lifts.

Baby Changing Facilities
These can be found next to the disabled toilets by the lifts. Private feeding areas are available at Debenhams in the High Street and Mothercare at The Meadows Retail Park.

Car Parking
The Meadows has an award winning multi-story car park which can be found opposite the Odeon cinema. The car park also carries the ‘Park Mark’ which is awarded to providers of safe and secure parking facilities.

Shopmobility
Our Shopmobility services are located on the ground floor of The Meadows car park next to the disabled parking bays. Blue badge holders can enjoy two hours free parking in these spaces. Facilities Management
The Meadows has a professional facilities management team responsible for security and maintaining the cleanliness of the centre. The team can be found around the centre and will be happy to assist with any queries.

First Aid
Our Facilities Management team are fully trained in First Aid and along with the Centre Management team are trained in the use of our on site defibrillator.

Child Safe Zone
Chelmsford has recently become a Child Safe Zone. The Child Safe contact details are displayed clearly in shop windows. Child Safe is linked by security radio throughout the town centre for a coordinated effort should you ever lose sight of your little ones. Seating
The Meadows seating can be found outside Boots and Faith. We have recently moved the benches in direct response to guest feedback.

Lost Property
Lost property should be reported to our security team who are based upstairs next the Management Suite. There are also regular security patrols of the centre should you need immediate assistance.
