Breathe Easy Groups aim to provide a network of friends, advisors, events and activities that support people affected by lung disease and also their families and carers.

The support network was established in 1991 and now has over 22,000 members in almost 130 groups nationwide. All new members will also become members of the British Lung Foundation by defaul and receive the Breathing Space Magazine.

The Chelmsford & District Group began on Tuesday 13th September 2005 at the Social Hall, St John's Hospital, Wood street, Chelmsford.

The meetings are from 2pm to 4pm at Trinity Church Hall, Trinity Road, Chelmsford on the following dates:
